Archi Dee SiGns was started in 2005 with our Head Office at Trichy and Project Offices at most of our major sites.

We analyze the natural and designed landscape, which inspires us and kindles our imagination to evolve the most complete, harmonious and naturally elegant landscapes. Archideesigns takes up landscape projects from the conceptual stage to the execution stage, followed by maintenance of the completed project. It also takes up allied landscaping support services like civil, electrical , plumbing , Unique lightscapes and irrigation works on a turnkey basis.
Scope of Works
The design process consists of complete study of site situations, client needs, water constraints such as water bodies , swimming pool, artificial lake ,aqua pond , hardscape and softscape analysis, design scheme, Construction Documents, Preliminary Cost Estimates ,budgetary considerations, environmental factors and end use factors. The turnkey execution of the job consists of the following:
A complete set of construction drawing that provides all necessary details to complete construction in all aspects is provided. The construction set usually contains the following:
- Civil works for master plan, any water constraints details ,Soil grading, Retaining walls, Paths, Waterfall, structure, Ponds etc
- Installation of Water Cascades, Fountains , etc
- Installation of Irrigation Systems including Designing, Execution and Maintenance
- Lawn laying works like Soil Replacement, Planting of Grass and Maintenance
- Selection of suitable Plants and Planting
- Landscape Lighting Plan
- “Murals” using Natural Multi-color Stones, Pebbles, etc if need
- Transplantation of Large Trees and other Afforestation activities
- Maintenance of Large Landscapes on an Annual Maintenance Contract
Throughout construction, we make periodic site visits to see that the work is being developed as planned. Every project is a prototype with unique design solutions that respond to the specific conditions and features of the site. Our involvement during this stage of a project is of significant importance to our clients as we provide valuable advice on construction quality, costs and schedule.
