Delivery Policy

All purchases are scheduled for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email (or text if specifically requested).
For orders with special instructions, shipping will occur within 5–7 business days.
Please note, orders are dispatched after payment settlements from our processing partners, typically completed on the following business day.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched, and we will initiate a refund on the next business day.
If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you will need to receive the order and then return it to our store address. A refund will be processed after the returned goods are received.
For products that involve a service request, cancellations are possible; however, the service charges are non-refundable.

General Return Policy

Our aim is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for repair, replacement, or a credit, under the conditions below:

    • All returns must be sent to our physical store with a "signature required" option selected for delivery.

  • Original tags must still be attached (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged for another size or color variant, subject to availability.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the purchase date.
Requests made after this period will not be processed.
