WARRANTY ON CUSTOM MADE AND T&C CRICKET BATS

We offer a 3-month warranty on custom-made and T&C cricket bats, covering any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, bats must be returned with proof of purchase. Natural Materials and Wear:

T&C bats are made from natural materials like willow and cane, which naturally degrade over time. They are not immune to damage from poor-quality balls, mistimed shots, yorker’s, tapping, and general wear and tear. Consequently, no manufacturer can guarantee a specific lifespan for a cricket bat.

Repair Service:

Within the warranty period, we offer free repairs if deemed applicable. Our goal is to extend the life of your bat through necessary repairs. Most damage incurred during a bat's life is superficial and does not impact performance.

Assessment and Charges:

Bats returned under warranty will be assessed by T&C experts. We will advise on the best course of action and whether the issue is covered under warranty or if there will be a potential charge. We will not perform any chargeable repairs without your consent.

Warranty Coverage:

Valid warranty claims for manufacturing and material defects will be repaired at no cost. If the bat is beyond repair but still within the warranty period, we will offer a free or significantly discounted replacement, depending on the bat’s condition and usage.

Customer-Friendly Approach:

At T&C, we strive to be fair, reasonable, and more customer-friendly than the industry norm. If your bat sustains damage, return it to us promptly for advice. Minor repairs can be handled easily, but leaving damage unattended until it is beyond repair may be considered neglect. Repairs within the 3-month warranty period are usually free; subsequent repairs and servicing are typically chargeable, with quotes provided before any work is done.

Our aim is to provide prompt and effective repair work, along with clear advice on preparation and maintenance, throughout the bat’s lifespan. Please note that toe damage is not covered under the warranty.
