Material of Construction: Our air receiver tanks are constructed using high-quality mild steel, conforming to the standards of IS 2062.

Code of Construction: Our tanks are fabricated in compliance with the rigorous standards outlined in IS 2825.

Testing: Before deployment, each Air Receiver Tank undergoes thorough hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 times the maximum working pressure.

Surface Preparation & Finish:

Internal and External Surface Preparation: Internal and External Surface Preparation: The internal and external surfaces of our air receiver tanks undergo meticulous cleaning to remove dirt, grease, and oil residues.

Epoxy Primer: Both internal and external surfaces are treated with epoxy primer, providing excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion

Polyurethane Paint (External Surface): The external surface of our air receiver tanks is coated with high-quality polyurethane paint, offering superior durability and weather resistance.

Powder Coating (Optional): Upon customer request, we also offer powder coating for the external surface of the tanks.

Multiple Connection Ports: Each air receiver tank is equipped with multiple connection ports for inlet, outlet, pressure gauges, safety valves, and other accessories.

Safety Valve: For added safety, our air receiver tanks are fitted with pressure relief valves that automatically release excess pressure to prevent over-pressurization.
